Goshen - May 22, 2003 - MapleNet, Inc., a national provider of fixed wireless broadband hardware and integration services, has appointed Randy Sizemore, Jr. to develop the company's expanding customer relation and support efforts. Randy has been a part of the MapleNet team since April 2002, and he has worked in the field to deploy wireless solutions. In addition, he has worked with customers as part of MapleNet's help desk.

"The combination of in-the-field experience, and hands-on customer service will suit Randy well as he leads our customer service efforts," explains Gene Cruise, MapleNet's Director of Operations. "He knows our products and has worked directly with our customers."

Sizemore's initiatives will include a support line for MapleNet's national customer base, sales support, improved RMA procedures, procurement and equipment staging.
